*UK orders are sent out using the Royal Mail ‘Second Class’ Service by default at the cost of £3.29 unless otherwise requested. By requesting a standard delivery that does not require a signature you agree to indemnify us against any losses if your package is lost in the postal system..
Please ensure that you enter the delivery address details carefully. Juiced Up can not be held accountable if an order gets lost due to incorrect information given at the time of ordering. We can only ship to the delivery address given when you order.
With the Royal Mail 1st Class option you should usually receive your order within 1-3 days. At certain times of year your order may take a little longer and we ask that you wait 5 working days before contacting us.
We require payment in advance for all products ordered. Goods will be dispatched when cleared payment has been received. Juiced Up use PayPal to process payments. We also offer Bank Transfer as a method of payment. If you would like to pay by Bank Transfer please email us first. If you have any questions about payment please do not hesitate to contact us. All prices are quoted are in £ Sterling.
Returns & Refunds
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order you may do so within 14 days starting the day after the goods were delivered. Should you wish to return them within this period please contact Juiced Up by email or by telephone. Please note that as some products are for oral use, once used they cannot be returned, unless faulty. Any items returned for a refund must be returned in resalable condition with any seals intact where applicable. Unless faulty we cannot accept any unsealed E-Liquid returns for health and safety reasons so please make your selection carefully. Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping. In addition to our 14 day Refund/Exchange policy, if you believe that your product is faulty please contact us as soon as possible. Upon returning goods to us they should be well packaged and reasonable care taken to ensure that they arrive back to us in good condition and if possible with the original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that do not arrive back to us, so please return using recorded delivery. Any returns must include a copy of the original order
